Stayed at Alamos Inn for 5 days while we were in Cancun for dental work. Me and my family loved the property, it was quiet and gorgeous! We stayed in their Deluxe Suite #3, it was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, the seating area outside our door was nice and private as well. The service is superb!! All the staff are great and ready to help at a moments notice! Dey was amazing and recommended some great places to eat at and explore! Truly they all made our stay in Mexico so easy. We swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. We even tried out their dinner which Dey and Kevin made for us one night, pasta & some fajitas .. prefecto!! Tried the fruit plate as well, so fresh and delicious! Everything was amazing and we'll definitely stay here again!
This hotel is a great find. We were flying out from Cancun so wanted to stay close to the airport but at a place we could spend the afternoon enjoying the last moments of Mexico. This hotel gave us that, thankfully. We had our covid tests, checked in to flights, printed boarding passes, etc., all within an hour of check in without leaving the pool. I can't say enough about the staff and owner/manager of the hotel. Excellent service doesn't do them justice. If you are like us and wanted to be close to the airport for travel but not at a resort or "chain" hotel and stay at place that is still true to Mexico- this is it!! Beautiful property and the service and staff are truly the best I have found anywhere. Thank you Alamos Inn for such a great stay and making our travels as easy as possible. I wish all hotel staff was as attentive, genuine, helpful, and kind as you all are.
I was so disappointed to see that this lovely place is temporarily closed. We had intended on returning frequently, as our stay was an exceptional experience. Can anyone tell me if there are plans to reopen it? We loved getting to know the friendly staff and owner, Jean-Paul. Our New Year’s Eve dinner was incredible. The pool and tranquil atmosphere were amazing. Any insight on plans to reopen would be much appreciated.
I am so distressed to see that this fantastic place is listed as "temporarily closed." The owner, Jean-Paul, and his fantastic staff made sure we had an incredible experience at this tranquil oasis. From the pool to the meals to the room and the service, it ranks as our favorite hotel out of dozens upon dozens, all across the world. I am posting this review in hopes someone who works(ed) for the business can chime in with an update on when it might potentially re-open.
The hotel is a small and quiet oasis and has a good connection to the airport, which was important for us. The rooms and the whole complex is super clean, the pool is great and you can really relax. As for the service and the staff and the owner, this hotel was really the best experience so far that we had in all the hotels in our trip in Mexiko. The staff is more than friendly, so warm and helpful. They really sweetened our stay and also supported and helped us with any problems. We can absolutely recommend the hotel and will be happy to come back.
